A company called 'Motor Alkaloida' is established in Kutno, Poland. This company produces a morphine based semi-product.
1951
Polfa Kutno - a state-owned pharmaceutical enterprise is established in place of 'Motor Alkaloida'.
1974
Polfa Kutno starts production of the first product for children - multivitamin food supplement. Shortly after, protein-based products for children and infants are being developed and produced.
1990
Polfa Kutno commences cooperation with Mead Johnson Nutritionals and starts production of baby milk powder under the license of the American company.
1992
The Geo-Poland company is established in its current form in Poznań, Poland. In the next years Geo-Poland develops rapidly and becomes an international trading company, exporting Polish dairy products worldwide.
2000
The infant nutraceuticals agreeement with Mead Johnson Nutritionals is dissolved. Polfa Kutno stops production of baby milk powder.
2002
Geo-Poland acquires the production facility in Kutno from the previous owner - Polfa Kutno.
2003
Geo-Poland starts development of its own and new baby milk powder formulations.
2004
Completion of the registration of the Geo-Poland's production facility and start of production of baby milk powder in 400g metal tins in Kutno.
2005
Launch of the Mami Lac infant milk in Poland.
2006
First export of baby milk powder to Middle East.
2007
First export of baby milk powder to Africa.
2008
The company starts export of baby milk powder to China.
2009
Geo-Poland's facility is certified against ISO 22000:2005 and GMP international standards and implements HACCP system (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).
2012
Geo-Poland's products are Halal certified.
2014
Second production line for 900g tins is installed and launched in the production facility in Kutno.
2017
Acquisition of production facilities, warehouses and laboratories in Kutno from Teva Pharmaceuticals, resulting in tripling of the available production capacity.
